Returns

We have a hassle-free return policy.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you received, we will gladly accept a return and credit back the charges to the original form of payment, provided we receive the return within 30 calendar days from the date of invoicing.

*We charge a 20% restocking fee only for returns of cut-to-order trims (e.g. anything less than a full roll of trim).

All returned items must be in their original state when sold and with their original packaging if included.

We request that you fill out a Merchandise Return Slip that can be downloaded and printed from here (please ensure you have a .pdf viewer installed on your computer). Please include this document along with a copy of your packing slip when returning products.

Shipping charges shall not be refunded.

Shipping charges for returned items shall not be charged to A Treasure Nest.
